The products include prints, folios, books and limited special handcrafted art works. All work is made on demand, by hand, and always with a museum grade level of quality.
Prints are mostly inkjet, though there are occasionally silver gelatin or other types of prints. The quality of ink and paper is museum grade. We use Epson Ultra Chrome HDR ink, and the papers are typically from Hanhemühle. Paper selection is based on purpose and type of artwork. Handled correctly the prints will last 100+ years, black & white prints even longer.
Unless stated there are no limits to the number of prints made, but the prints might still be numbered and signed by the Artist. Some prints are made in limited numbers. When this is the case the prints are always numbered, signed and marked with a hologram and delivered with a matching Certificate of Authenticity.
Folios is a collection of fine art prints, made in the same quality as our normal prints. Folios is made to be handled with your hands. Some of the papers we use are more susceptible to damage when handled by hand. If you want to have your folios last a long time, you can use cotton gloves as this protect the prints from the harmful effect of your skin. Although the wear and tear is high when you handle the prints in a folio by hand, the folio protects the print from light most of the time.
Your can also choose to frame one or more of the prints from your folio.
Some folios are made in limited numbers. When this is the case, all prints in the folio is signed and numbered, and marked with a hologram and delivered with a matching Certificate of Authenticity.
At Extroscope Art we sell two kinds of books. Traditional on demand printing, done with normal offset, and handmade often one-off or very limited editions versions. The limited edition handcrafted version is always signed and delivered with a hologram and matching Certificate of Authenticity.
From time to time, we sell special projects or creations. If you are interested in this kind of artwork, we recommend that you visit the site reguarlly or signup for our newsletter.
