Personal Information

Your personal information is only used in connection with Extroscope Art. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Payment

Payment is done by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us, you can use credit cards that PayPal accepts like VISA and MasterCard.

Shipping

Most packages are send with Track & Trace. Please make sure that the parcel is not damage, and do not accept it if that is the case. If it is obvious that the products has been damage due to transport, please take pictures of it and send an e-mail to us with a description of the problem.

You order might be send in several parcels, depending on the size and type of products you order.

Shipping will be free if you buy for more than 2500 DDK.

Returns

As all orders are made on demand, we do not accept returns. When the order has shipped the sale is final.

In case of a defective product, please take a photograph of the damage and send it in an e-mail with a description of the problem. We will then produce and ship a item. Shipping is free.
